Our Services & Activities
We provide a Trade Plate delivery service for cars and light commercial vehicles nationwide including Ireland. We also have the option of providing a service with appraisals and proof of delivery signature electronically.
Reclaiming damages on used vehicles at termination is always difficult and could be very costly. Under our electronic inspect and collect system, we are able load to our system a customer’s pre-determined damage cost matrix to handover printouts at collection point of likely recharge cost. This minimises disagreements between our customer and current user. This also facilitates the preparation centre whilst the vehicle in en-route.
We allocate a dedicated account manager to every customer. This way we build healthy personal business relationships to mutually understand needs and expectations and continuously improve our service. Our staff are very friendly and courteous to helping our customers at every stage of the process.
Utilising our modern storage and refurbishment facilities, we maintain vehicles and attend to safety checks, repair body work, regular services, MOT’s and valets. We usually have a swift turnaround depending on availability of parts. Our premises centrally located for convenient collection or deliveries throughout the country.
We have in excess of 85 drivers. The majority have been associated with company over a long period and are well accustomed to the processes of the industry. All drivers are trained at recruitment with ongoing refresher training as required. Our Trade Plates are fully insured to move cars and LCVs. Where required, we can facilitate multiple vehicle movements by transporter.
